Here's what I know for sure: we're not meant to figure out the hard stuff alone.
Career transitions, big life decisions, building your business—they're all easier to navigate when you're with people who understand the journey. In a busy, divided world, community is the gentle energy that helps us move forward together.
That's exactly what I experienced at this week's Work in Progress meetup.
Ten people at different stages of their careers came together to tackle real questions: How do you stay grounded while job hunting? Where do you find your first clients for a niche business? What does the leap from a decade-long corporate career to freelancing actually look like? As a founder of a startup in stealth mode, how much information should you share publicly? When's the right time to leave a soul sucking job?
As I facilitated the conversation, I was so glad to see how a group of strangers held space for each other with respect, generosity, and real support. Tips were shared, encouragement was given, and no one had to figure it out alone.
Why navigate these questions alone when you can work through them with people who've been there?
That's why I keep creating these spaces.
Work in Progress: November 18th in Berlin
I’m still buzzing from yesterday’s meetup, and already looking forward to the November edition. If you're navigating a career transition and feeling like you're doing it alone, join me on November 18th for Work in Progress, a small meetup for people in career transitions. We'll gather, share openly, ask bold questions, and leave with fresh perspectives.

My first podcast appearance is live 🎉
I sat down for a chat with my friend Marine on her podcast, and what came out is a very cozy conversation between friends where we go through:
🤸♀️ My leap from working in tech to coaching: People think I just quit my startup job and jumped into coaching. But this move was years in the making. I started studying coaching in 2020 while working full-time. I built savings and I made a plan before jumping into self-employment (even if the plan was: first I rest, then I figure out X, Y, Z).
🔥 Burnout: Before you make any big career moves, you need to get out of emergency mode. When you’re burnt out, you can’t think clearly. Once you catch your breath, that’s when you can figure out what’s actually wrong: Is it the job itself? The environment? Your manager? The work? Then you know what to change.
🏃♀️ How to prepare for leaving a job: I would never advise anyone to quit and jump into nothing. But I would advise you to start exploring what brings you energy, what you’re curious about, and what small steps you can take without blowing up your life.
The Career Clarity Sprint
I'm officially launching a 1:1 coaching program for people who are tired of overthinking their next career move and ready to finally get some clarity.
If you've been stuck in analysis paralysis, knowing you need to make a change but not sure what that change should be, this is for you.
What it is: Six 60-minute coaching sessions where we'll go from "I'm stuck" to "I have a clear plan for 2026."
What we'll do:
Get clear on what you actually want (not just what you're running from)
Explore possibilities you haven't considered
Run real-world experiments to test your ideas
Build a concrete action plan with next steps
Special launch offer: I'm offering this at €450 (half price) for the first five people who join and share feedback. Sessions start as early as November 1st.
If you've been thinking about this for months, this is your moment.
Here's to doing hard things together,
Andra
